have been away for while from DA. My father just a had pretty server stroke on his birthday.  He was in the hospital for about 1 month and is now at home.  it is truly amazing and yet at the same time profoundly sad that such a tragedy can focus ones mind and feeling into what needs to be done.  decisions that I thought i had a long time to make no longer seem to have the luxury.  life is so precious and short.  we need to spend each and every second doing what truly makes us happy and close to our friends and family.  please don't wait until it is too late to tell that someone how you feel.  don't regret not spending the time with family and loved ones.  do not not tell her or him how you truly feel.  life is to short not to make decisions that bring happiness into it.  find the joy in your heart and in your surroundings and bring them in and let them blossom.
